I grew up in Crystal, attended Armstrong High School and continued my studies at Saint John’s University where I majored in Studio Art and minored in History, which in turn lead me to the car business. When I’m away from my desk you’ll find that I enjoy recreational athletics, painting, and serving Asian cuisine. We had nothing but problems with the vehicle and were very frustrated with the dealership where it was purchased. We walked into our familiar stomping grounds at Lupient KIA which had been our home to ALL, a total of three, of our other KIA's. Andrew Bursh listened to our needs and wants and worked with us for the majority of a Saturday helping us find the right new KIA for our needs. He also went above and beyond by delivering our new KIA Sorento directly to our home. Just for the record we still have our 2006 KIA Sorento and it has been great! Thank you Andrew for making this purchase so much easier and very relaxing. The Service Department at the Brooklyn Park location is stellar and we are happy to still see all the familiar faces. More

Got a Kia Soul! Someone hit me and my car was declared a total loss, a car that I was still paying for. I was not financially prepared to get another car. The insurance company paid off my loan on my car but this due to just happening was still not reflecting as being paid off. I came to Lupient Kia in Brooklyn Park and explained my situation and Andrew B. helped me to get another car! So far, I love my Kia Soul! Mike P. in financing was very nice to me, he’s a handsome guy. After purchasing my car, Andrew B. drove it to the other lot for me as I was nervous as it had been snowing and due to my recent accident, that was nice of him! Thanks for helping me out even though I was not the easiest. More

He was sensitive to our situation and price point, patient with our children and very knowledgeable about your vehicles. We couldn't have been happier or asked for more from a sales consultant. MY "NEW" BABY! Walking in, late to my appointment, I was still greeted with a smile. I'm sure it's annoying waiting on costumers but I didn't see any annoyance from Walking in, late to my appointment, I was still greeted with a smile. I'm sure it's annoying waiting on costumers but I didn't see any annoyance from Andrew. It may have helped that I brought coffee but who knows for sure! He sat me down and talked with me about what I wanted and, I'm sure, realized pretty quickly that I had no idea what I was doing. This was my first BIG car purchase and I had no clue what would go into it. I had always had help from my parents in the past and I was nervous about doing it on my own. Needless to say, I WAS FREAKING OUT! Once we were outside looking at just about every white Optima, which was the only thing I KNEW I wanted from the beginning, Andrew answered all of my dumb questions and patiently waited as I hemed and hawed over my decision. Making this big of a purchase was making me very nervous but Andrew definitely helped me stay calm. He even drove when I didn't quite feel comfortable yet. I also appreciated not being forced into anything. I am a very simple girl and what is considered "basic" to others is "special" to me. Andrew showed me a car with all the bells and whistles but I didn't feel like I needed any of that in the end. To me, it's more stuff to break and with my luck it would all break on me within the first month. If you don't believe me, I already have a dent in my car and I've had it for 2 weeks. ONLY 2 WEEKS! I'm lucky enough to have Andrew help me with that little problem though too. He's making sure I am happy with my "new" car no matter what! In the end I'm very happy with my Optima and with my experience. I would recommend Andrew and Kia Brooklyn Park to anyone I know. More
