Huge thanks to Andrew for making my car purchase so easy! He really is the best salesperson you could ask for. My husband was so impressed that he wants to buy his next car from Andrew, too. Another bad experience with the Crest Cadillac service department. At drop off for Zaktek service, Logan stated it would take “4-5 hours” to complete. I received no text updates throughout my service a department. At drop off for Zaktek service, Logan stated it would take “4-5 hours” to complete. I received no text updates throughout my service as I had in the past. I called service department at 4.5 hours for status and was told by someone (not Logan) car was in “detail and should be done soon”. I called again at 6.5 hours and had to leave a voicemail with Logan – no response. At hour 7, I went to dealership and found out car was ready 45 minutes before. When I told Logan this, he said “I just got it”. He went on to say that he was in management meeting and that he does not get status from the Zaktek team. How is it that a service agent cannot get status on a Zaktek service? I told him when you state a time estimate and it goes long, I would expect an update. Logan said “I apologize” as he turned and walked away. As a premium car dealership, I would not expect to get excuses and blaming other in the same organization for poor service. I certainly would not expect a “management meeting” to impact customer service. More
