A graduate of Lincoln Academy, he worked in the Construction Trades for a few years prior to coming to the Key Auto Group. In his spare time, he likes to ski, golf, fish and just about anything outdoors. His cheerful and positive nature makes buying a car fun. Not aware why vehicle is in for repair when service rep was told about issue. Had an appointment on the 29th of Dec. Truck was not taken to be worked on for two week after that date. Do you call that GOOD customer service?? Dorothy was very professional on the phone a when was there plus very polite. The hardest thing there to do is get an appointment I know it’s tough but I have to schedule my appointments when I don’t hav there plus very polite.
