They listened to our concerns and showed us multiple vehicles, not just the one we went there for. We especially loved that they didn't only listen to my concerns but my wife's as well. The 3 other dealerships we went to before them discounted my wife's questions and looked at me when they answered her questions, not her. Comments were also made by other dealerships that "a wife doesn't usually look at the tires." Tyrone and Deshaun actually spoke more with my wife than me and made us both feel comfortable. They worked magic on pricing for us and we have no regrets about our purchase. They followed up with us the next day to see if we were still happy with our purchase.
