After a long winter in NJ my Camaro needed a new windshield due to a rock cracking it. Andrew Garcia was able to assist me in ordering a new one and having it installed during my leisure. I dropped the car off in the evening and picked it up the next day. The car was taken care of and parked safely. The windshield was installed without any evidence it was ever taken off. They even managed to save my inspection sticker! All was done quickly and efficiently without any concerns. I will go back to Gearhart - even though I did not purchase my Camaro there. My next purchase will be through Andrew. More

I loved her but she was tired and it was time for me to get so I had a Monte Carlo 2001 for 10 years, the longest I have ever had a car in my life. I loved her but she was tired and it was time for me to get something new. The Monte is no longer available so I just had to get the Camaro! I wanted a Camaro since I was 17 years old, the time had come in my life when it was time to do something for myself and buying the car I wanted was going to be it! I called around to several dealers to asked about the different sytles and types to do my research just a little further before I decided where I was going to purchase. Gearheart was the nicest on the phone answering my questions and had helped me once when my Monte need repair, they were so kind. I decided that because of the kindness they showed and the conversation that I had on the phone this is where I was going to buy. Which I did and could not be happier, it's like I am part of a Chevy family. Dennis Burns was amazing to work with for my purchase and since then I have met and worked with Andrew Garcia, he goes above and beyond to make the Chevy experience amazing for everyone that he comes in contact with. A true professional! He as helped me through some things I could not figure out on my own, and everything he has suggested has been great! He's the best! Such a wonderful person to work with, a true asset to the Gearheart family, I haven't met anyone there that I would have a negative thing to say about. Every experience so far has been wonderful. I have recommended your dealership and would continue to do so! More

Andy is great, when there's a problem with your car he gets it check it out and explains everything to you do it can be understood. I contacted Andrew to schedule service and purchase a rim and tire warranty for my Camaro, which was purchased at another dealership. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was personable, courteous an and tire warranty for my Camaro, which was purchased at another dealership. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was personable, courteous and helped me get a great deal on the warranty. When exchanging phone calls prior to my purchase, he responded promptly to every call, question and concern I had. The service appointment was scheduled the same day I spoke with him, was completed quickly and I was totally satisfied with the service performed. I will absolutely be returning to Gearhart Chevrolet for my vehicle maintenance and future vehicle purchases. More

I wanted a stress-free experience because my wife dislikes pushy salespeople. I let Damon know that and he asssured me that it would be excellent, and it was. Walt is a true professional and handled every detail perfectly with a comprehensive explanation of how everything worked. The business office was run efficiently and with no harsh sales techniques. Overall experience was great until I sat with the finance person. He tried way too hard to get me to purchase the extended warranties. Which I insisted I did not want and DID not purchase. The two sales persons, Andrew and David were very friendly and upfront. My only other issue was that my salesperson was at times busy doing other things while trying to serve me. Gearhart Chevrolet was recommended by a friend for it's overall exceptional customer service and integrity. I had communicated with a multitude of Chevy dealers across several counties before decidin it's overall exceptional customer service and integrity. I had communicated with a multitude of Chevy dealers across several counties before deciding on purchasing a 2013 Chevy Cruze at Gearhart. It simply "felt right". Andrew and Tracy set the groundwork via email communication and were prompt in responding to my plethora of questions. Lou Bravo, my salesperson, was courteous and helpful, despite the fact I arrived at the dealership after 5pm on a Saturday unaware the dealership closed at 6pm. Our meeting lasted after closing hours. Lou's professionalism, as well as General Manager, John Sautter's, remained friendly and welcoming. I feel they were accommodating and fair on several levels during the purchase process, and am comfortable recommending Gearhart to friends and family for their future vehicle purchase needs. More
