"Wasted hours of my time "
The vehicle I found was listed on Auto trader and their website.
I went through the WHOLE time consuming online buying application, applied for credit ETC, only to be called hours later and be told that car wasn't in their inventory any longer.
It takes a high school intern, minutes a day to keep inventory updated. If they cannot even handle that, wouldn't even think about how they handle real issues.
Find a better dealer.

Some businesses give you nothing but trouble. Others, however, give you assistance, professionalism and solutions. I feel that this dealership falls clearly into the latter category, and I was particularly well served by David Rose, a seasoned pro who can juggle several xxxxx and never drop any. Tim Murray, the finance manager was also very friendly, approachable yet never overstepping, and handling matters with ease. My first ever new car purchase turned out to be a remarkable experience, and I didn't even need to mention the car... :)
