I have been looking for a RAV4 Adventure and I visited this dealership in Lancaster early in January 2023. Andrew was helping me look and unfortunately they didn’t have the trim I wanted. He was still ver this dealership in Lancaster early in January 2023. Andrew was helping me look and unfortunately they didn’t have the trim I wanted. He was still very helpful and knowledgeable. He made my experience great. Yesterday I bought what I was in search of at another dealer and just my luck for being impatient. Andrew called me tonight January 26, 2023 to tell me they just had gotten a RAV4 Adventure. He told me the price and mileage of the one he has. I think it would have been better to have waited for Andrew. Anyways I really appreciate the fact that he remembered what I was looking for and had followed up. A++ on his salesmanship skills and great people over at Toyota in Lancaster. More
