Good thing for a second chance The first day I came in everything was going great up until I stated I was going to finance through my bank. I was supremely happy and ready to purcha The first day I came in everything was going great up until I stated I was going to finance through my bank. I was supremely happy and ready to purchase the vehicle I was test driving up until that point. The customer service aspect at that point nose dived. I left unhappy and not wanting to purchase through that sales rep. They kept walking away from me and not answering questions. I even went to a different dealer ship the next day. I had a friend recommend Andrew to me if I wanted to purchase the vehicle I test drove. I came back to Luther and my experience was a 180° from the night before. Andrew was awesome and willing to explain everything to me. I ended up very happy with my purchase and would come back to work with him again. More
