This was a warranty job & I was treated as such. I asked a question and from that point forward was treated as hostile. I actually believe I was put to the bottom of the list more than once. No general compassion for a customers feelings. They had my car just about 5 weeks……Andrew was a bright spot in this horrible experience. My last 5 cars were purchased at this dealership.
