Waited 20 min to talk to svc writer about my appointment. My writer was away from desk. When Kristi another writer opened up I went to her desk only to be rudely told to go wAit at Christian desk. And the attitude I received after patiently waiting for someone to be open to help me didn’t help me in the least. More
