Andrew is awesome at his job! The rest of the people I have encountered not so much. Some I won’t speak with at all I just hang up. I am a woman with a diesel car and I’m not ignorant on the working of the motor. Yes it had a bad part the was replaced but it’s still not working properly now that gettle has made the entry that my car is fine I can go work with other dealerships because they would t touch it u til I took it back to gettle. 3 others listened to my problem acknowledged that it existed and came to 2 conclusions. Someone said my car didn’t start that wasn’t the case I never said that. I had to be primed to put fuel back to the high pressure pump or it hard starts. Meaning it cranks without fuel until the rear pump pumps it up to the front. Yes it starts but do that 6-10 times a day for a year and I’m looking at a $1500 pump plus labor plus rental. I prefer the preventative approach and that’s where we part ways. The guys at the rental booth for enterprise car rentals have their own scam going renters get a ladder and magnifying glass they are pushing you to buy their damage insurance and if you don’t they omit damage and collect your insurance when you return. Hurricanes bring scammers in all parts of business. Trust no one! More

Service very good overall. Kyle should talk louder. The price is too high for parts and misc charge is ridiculous. 3% charge on credit card use should be shared when appoint Kyle should talk louder. Thank you for letting us write this review. Andrew took my wife's Tahoe in which had faulty rear shock absorbers and was on drivable and had them replaced within 72 hours. He made no promises on that because at this time of the year the dealership is extremely busy with snowbirds. But he did a very fast turnaround and great repair as usual. He is one of the best if not the best service advisor we have encountered during our lifetime of purchasing new vehicles. We highly recommend Gettel Automotive More
