However, it was suggested that I should have two other services performed, possibly unnecessary, certainly not urgent. Being single and not having much knowledge of car maintenance, I depended upon family members and friends to advise me and they ALL told me the work wasn't necessary. I'm always hearing stories about people, especially women, being taken advantage of by feeling pressured to agree to more services creating more expenses, most of which would not be covered by warranties. I wouldn't like to think Gettel Chevrolet would be encouraging their employees to find more services to provide for customers based on opportunities to bring in more revenue for the dealership.

the future. My car was towed in and they said the couldn’t look at it until March 13th. They ended up fitting it in much sooner and I got it back F

I appreciate the video they sent me showing what the problem was. Initially what I expected to be a very expensive repair ended up being a few hundred dollars. Great service department I would highly recommend them!
