This dealership is in desperate need of retraining and customer service, I can only give credit to some people in the shop (Andrew) who was polite and professional. I had some damage to my paint after dro customer service, I can only give credit to some people in the shop (Andrew) who was polite and professional. Andrew is an amazing person to work with. He is always professional courteous and fair. He always puts the customer first and does not upsell or try to talk you into anything. He has always kept me in the loop is quick to return my calls and is never too busy to help me or offer me advice on any concern I may have. I even had an issue on the freeway and I called him and he was able to walk e through it. Andrew is so good I bring all my cars here even though I live in Whittier and I have a dealership less than 5 miles from my house. Andrew is phenomenal see him if you want it done right the first time. More

I'm not very happy with Andrew. I called to speak to him on Saturday regarding an oil leak issue resulting from an improperly tightened oil filter by one of his employees. I was told he was on another call on Saturday regarding an oil leak issue resulting from an improperly tightened oil filter by one of his employees. I was told he was on another call and would call me back after that phone call. It's now Monday evening and I have yet to hear back from him. I had to contact another supervisor today to handle the problem. More
