Wasted my time and did not fix my problem and when I told service writer I had the problem on video he said the video could not show the vin number . No joke as that is not what I had a problem with- the vin service writer I had the problem on video he said the video could not show the vin number . They lost my appointment for an oil change. Waited four hours for them to fit me in and finish. Also misdiagnosed an issue with my windshield wipers and replaced blades when didn’t have to. Spent efforts trying to sell me tires and air filters when they should have been apologizing to me for their blatant screw ups. Own three vws and will try my best to avoid this place at all costs. My car was there for the Third time for service since feb 11. When picking it up yesterday I was told that the service manager took it home Friday night as well as drove it to lunch Saturday. My car was filt 11. When picking it up yesterday I was told that the service manager took it home Friday night as well as drove it to lunch Saturday. My car was filthy inside and out, I had less than 1/4 of a tank gas left and my time and date settings were not reset. We have paid Crain over 6,000 for service in the last 4 months and they have kept my car there for at least 2 months. More
