Sorry for the confusion and unfortunately, I cannot govern the false information on the various apps that are out there. My Technician did point out to you The plug-in station that is for the general public after we were trying to figure out who the owner of the White smart car was that was plugged in to the service shop charger that is marked NOT for public use. He was needing to plug in a paying service customers hybrid vehicle that he was working on and that’s the only place that they can do that so he was trying to take care of a customer. As far as you trying to be a customer, it doesn’t seem there was ever any communication initiated by you to discuss any of the services we provide in any department. I also do not appreciate the way that you recklessly tore out of my parking lot at a high rate of speed, endangering the safety of my customers and employees.
