Finally Purchased Sonata on December 31, 2014 and part of the sales was a factory remote start, Hyundai is NOT making the 2015 factory start for the keyed Son Purchased Sonata on December 31, 2014 and part of the sales was a factory remote start, Hyundai is NOT making the 2015 factory start for the keyed Sonata. This Dealership kept their promise!!! They paid for an after market remote start and even gave me a loaner for almost 24 hours while the remote was being put in my Sonata by an "outside" source! The ONLY issue is .... After my free one time oil change and me paying for my tires being rotated, they did a horrible job cleaning/detailing my new car that I just had serviced there. Dust still on dash, mats still had mud and stuff on them and mud still on back out side of auto. I did not complain, I was just happy to get my remote, oil changed and tires rotated. Overall They were very busy and took time to take care of me. Finally Happy with the remote start!!! Good job Travis and crew!!! Thanks!! More

Always a great experience at Joe Machens Hyundai. Fantastic Service I was so impressed with my latest service for my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe (which is my usual experience). I took my car in for a warranty issue, which t I was so impressed with my latest service for my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe (which is my usual experience). I took my car in for a warranty issue, which turned out to not be an issue at all. I saw a corroded part on the service tech's desk that said it was from another Santa Fe with 40,000 miles on it. My vehicle has 60,000 miles on it and the gas mileage was declining. I inquired about the part and Andrew told me that the vehicle needed a fuel suppression system cleaning. I went ahead and asked for the service as this was probably what has been causing my low fuel mileage. I had missed the first shuttle run when I dropped off my car. While I was waiting for the driver to come back, it started to get little late, so I asked when they might come back as I had to get to work. Andrew arranged for another employee, Rebecca (she works on warranty paperwork), to take me. I was able to get to work without having to work extra time, which means a lot to me as my schedule is always booked full. I can't remember the shuttle driver's name that picked me up, but truly everything was great about this service from beginning to end. I have used Joe Machens Hyundai for service for the past three years. I think they are excellent at what they do and how they do it - always with a smile and with compassion. More
