Justin took great care of my wife & I. We purchased a used Toyota 4Runner. After the purchase, we experienced a severe issue with the vehicle while braking at high speeds. I am very disappointed with my overall experience at Southfork CDJR. When we first arrived, Andrew Moody, sales manager, met us on the lot and told us he would make us a “great deal” on a 2018 Yukon Southfork CDJR. When we first arrived, Andrew Moody, sales manager, met us on the lot and told us he would make us a “great deal” on a 2018 Yukon Denali XL that had been sitting on their lot for some time. He then had our salesman, Gip Sills, show us the vehicle. After sitting down to negotiate pricing, we were told by another sales manager that the “best deal” they could offer was the same price already advertised online—there was no deal made at all, despite what we were initially told. During the test drive, we noticed the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) was not working, even though the vehicle had brand new tires (which likely had to be installed by the dealership to pass inspection). We brought this up and asked for it to be addressed. I asked Gip to put it on the “We Owe” and he told us it did not need to be placed on the “We Owe” because if we brought the vehicle back after the sale, they would take care of it. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be true. Since the purchase, I have reached out to Gip Sills several times and he has not returned a single call. The only positive experience I have had at this dealership was working with Duncan Koonce. He returns calls, communicates clearly and effectively, and follows through on what he says. I went in the day before Thanksgiving, and he spoke directly with the used car manager, Andrew Mookdy, who told him they would take care of the TPMS issue but didn’t have the parts at the time. I was told to return the week after Thanksgiving, and they would install three TPMS sensors that were missing. When I called the following Tuesday to confirm the parts had arrived, Duncan informed me that management had changed their position and would no longer cover the repair. He explained that he was told it would only have been covered if it had been on the “We Owe” or if we had purchased an extended warranty. Duncan handled the situation professionally and with integrity, and my experience with him is the level of service I wish I had received from everyone at Southfork CDJR. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I later completed the dealership survey and clearly outlined these issues while scoring the experience accordingly. To date, not a single person has reached out to follow up, acknowledge my concerns, or attempt to make things right. Based on my experience, I would personally recommend shopping elsewhere. More

Traded a car that was $1500 more than the price of the car I traded for. I should have received a refund but the manager of the dealership changed the price of the car, added two warranties that I did not car I traded for. I should have received a refund but the manager of the dealership changed the price of the car, added two warranties that I did not approve, added tax and I was told there would be no tax because of the car I was Trading in Etc.. final numbers were trade in 27,000, car traded for miraculously came to the exact amount, $27,000. Although I went back and talked to the manager the following day to say I didn't approve those warranties he said well we just added them on so we could get the price to zero otherwise you would have owed us money which I'm not sure how that would happen but simply then shook my hand and walked off. Would never do business or recommend them ever! More

I purchased a used Audi from this dealership a little over 2 months ago. I was promised a second key. Andrew promised that he would take care of it but it would take a few weeks to get. Fast forward a over 2 months ago. I was promised a second key. Andrew promised that he would take care of it but it would take a few weeks to get. Fast forward a 4-6 weeks later and their locksmith couldn't do it. I was told by Andrew that they have the key but a different locksmith will reach out to me and get it taken care of. I have not heard from anyone in 2 weeks and I've lost all faith that they will deliver on their promise. I've left messages with Andrew Moody the sales manager and Randy Martin the general manager but neither have reached back out to me with any kind of update. Please be careful when buying a car from this dealership based on promises that they won't deliver. More
