Regarding the car-buying experience, Denton Mazda sets the bar high. From the initial phone call to the purchase agreement, Chris Garner was engaged, courteous, and honest. We visited 6 dealerships, and unlike Denton Mazda, all the dealerships added either ridiculous market adjustments, expensive dealer add-ons, or both. The financing process was fast and easy. Andrew Myers presented options and did not pressure us into anything we did not want. I highly recommend Denton Mazda! More

The entire process with Chris was so easy. We handled price discussions online and only came in for a test drive. Chris took care of all the paperwork so we could attend our son’s basketball tournament. price discussions online and only came in for a test drive. Let's be honest, buying a car is akin to going to get a physical, it's not fun at all. This past Thursday, we were in the market to immediately buy a vehicle. Our son is turning 16 next week and we needed physical, it's not fun at all. This past Thursday, we were in the market to immediately buy a vehicle. Our son is turning 16 next week and we needed an additional car. Being frank here, Mazda wasn't our first choice. Rather, my wife had her eyes on a Subaru. That didn't pan out as the car was literally sold between two phone calls. With that we decided to hit "automobile row" on IH35 there in Denton as there would be several options, albeit it somewhat limited due to market conditions. The first dealership we visited was for a domestic nameplate across the street. However, there was no agreement on pricing. Then, we made our way over to a dealership just down the road from you. Won't give their name, but let's just say it begins with the letter that is between G and I. A kind salesman greeted us and we found a unit that we would have been satisfied with. MSRP is what we were willing to pay, including a down payment of approximately 20%. Then they dropped the bomb. There were over $1700 in dealer ads. They would not budge, even though the equipment hadn't even been installed yet. After getting the second "no" from the manage holed up in the sales tower, we were out the door. The salesman came out stressing they were "good adds" but admitted the practice was misleading. Upset, we left and approached Classic Mazda of Denton. It was twenty minutes before closing, but I assured my wife that any salesman worth dealing with would be happy to serve us. Enter Colin. He introduced himself at which time I asked point blank if the price was all in (less TTL, etc.) Hearing that the pricing was "honest", we were ready to discuss a unit on the lot. In just under an hour, we conducted a test drive, filled out an application, got approved, and "signed the dotted line." Colin was a joy to meet and work our deal with. The F&I experience was pleasant as well. That too, is something that is rarely said. Working in the industry on the finance side for a non-captive lender, I was thrilled with the lack of games related to the APR. Andrew is to be commended for his ethical business practices. Due to a recall, we took delivery yesterday, with Colin ensuring we knew (refresher) all the features our new car had. In closing, I mentioned the experience down the road to clearly illustrate the difference people will see in dealing with some of your competition. Skip the crud...go straight to Classic Mazda of Denton, even if it involves driving past other lots! More
