Route 9 Mazda is always my go to if I, or anybody I know, needs a new vehicle. Andrew Nandlal, in particular, provides the utmost stellar service and holds knowledge on any vehicle they have on the lot - reg needs a new vehicle. Bought a car from them 2 years ago. Saw online that they were receiving In a car I was interested in and asked them to call me when it arrived. Was then told a similar car would be arriving in February, once again never heard from them. Went there a few weeks ago with interest in purchasing another one. After sitting there for over an hour I still wasn't able to get a price quote. Told the salesman I had to leave and he should call me with quote. Never heard from him. Left a message for the sales manager, Chad to call me and he never did either. Very disappointing and will not be recommending them. I will go elsewhere for another Mazda. More

Friendly Positive Experience I visited Rt. 9 Mazda on Sun. 10/28 to check preowned inventory that I saw online. All the cars I was interested in were in the lot, and Andrew Nandla I visited Rt. 9 Mazda on Sun. 10/28 to check preowned inventory that I saw online. All the cars I was interested in were in the lot, and Andrew Nandlal allowed me ample time before checking to see if I had any questions. This was a tricky situation because I was looking for a friend, and she liked my CX- 5 as much as me, but wanted a CX-3. Andrew went above and beyond to make this happen for us. It was a sale that Andrew should be patted on the back for. He dealt with a couple of middle aged women and answered every need they had. End result: quick and easy sale! Kudos to Andrew!! More
