Purchased a new Tahoe from Hubler Chevrolet on 1/29/22. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They made us feel very comfortable and were not pushy at all. Our salesman (Andrew Neumeyer) an Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They made us feel very comfortable and were not pushy at all. While I was happy with the service work done on my vehicle, I did have some issues with the service person who helped me and the sales person I talked with as I waited for my vehicle. When I arrived a vehicle, I did have some issues with the service person who helped me and the sales person I talked with as I waited for my vehicle. When I arrived at my appointment, I had to wait 15 minutes before someone spoke with me even though there were four different people in the service area. The service person didn’t really explain the work that was done to my car until I asked and he clearly seemed like he was in a rush and had other things he wanted to do beside deal with me. The sales person, while he was friendly, made a few comments I thought were inappropriate including how I now have “a big girl job” and mansplaining things regarding the vehicle I was looking at, as if I didn’t know anything about cars. He also didn’t listen when I told him what type of vehicle I was looking for and continued to try and sell me on vehicles I didn’t want. He also made several negative comments about his coworkers that I don’t think he should have said to a customer. Overall, I was happy with the service done to my car but the customer service definitely needs some work! More
