Headliner stain The only issue I had is with the service department. At the time of the purchase I asked them to clean the headliner initially appeared to be cleaned The only issue I had is with the service department. At the time of the purchase I asked them to clean the headliner initially appeared to be cleaned however when I arrived home the stains in the headliner were still present. I did not have to wait long between sending in the loan application and talking about the details with James. He was helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Fully explained all of the warranty options and answered any questions my wife or I had during the process. He kept it fun and exciting as well. Would recommend James and was impressed how he could make a potentially stressful part of car buying into an enjoyable one. Andy - My wife and I had a great time working with Andy. He answered any questions we had without judgement. He made the test drive fun and let me decide for myself which vehicle I felt the most comfortable in. He was upfront about everything and went out of his way to make sure my wife and I were enjoying the car buying experience. We had to have a follow up talk about setting up the On-Star in the vehicle and he was prompt and polite in calling me as soon as possible. Would love to work with Andy again. Jeff - Jeff was extremely pleasant to work with. My wife and I informed him of the type of vehicle we were looking for and our price range and he had many options picked out before we even had arrived. He was patient with us looking at the vehicles and was honest about his opinions on which would be best. I especially appreciated how Jeff wanted to make sure we stayed in the price range we were comfortable in and would not push us in any way. He also was a huge help in taking my disaster of a trade-in vehicle. He gave us a fair offer, even though the vehicle was in need of a lot of repairs and I wasn't expecting much. I am a senior retired in 2005. Went to 4 dealers to compare and all within a couple hundred dollars in prices. West Metro had the suv in stock I wanted. Divide it by the years now keeping a car the difference amounted to less than $2 a month. I think I spent more than that on gas looking other dealers and being retired my time not worth much. What surprised me was the number of people I still recognized from previous years. My salesman was John Kinsell. PS: the electronics and features baffle me. I read the book 2 times and not understood most of it. The good news is gm developed a training course to watch on your computer or smart phone. More
