For sone reason the pre-paid only change push really bothered the guy abd he made some snarky comments which is the last experience we had with your team. Horrible taste in my mouth from thatvand the rest of my family caught the comments as well. I don't think ruining our impression of your business is worth pushing a pre-paid oil change program. Maybe he (not Ethan) was having a bad day but you can't afford that reaction if people turn down your offers. More
