Our vehicle was taken to the service department 5 separate times for the same unresolved issue. The vehicle nearly caused serious harm to our family, yet each time it was returned to us, we were told separate times for the same unresolved issue. The vehicle nearly caused serious harm to our family, yet each time it was returned to us, we were told it was "fixed" when it clearly was not. After the final visit, the vehicle was returned in a condition where multiple features were unusable, making it unsafe and impossible for us to trust or operate. Because the vehicle could not be safely driven, we incurred multiple towing expenses to get it to the dealership. We requested reimbursement for these towing bills but the dealership has refused to reimburse us, saying they were waiting for Chrysler to decide. IF they truly cared about the customer they would have made the reimbursement to us. In addition the finance department has been unresponsive. Phone calls and emails regarding our extended warranty reimbursement have gone unanswered even though I submitted all the proper forms to them. We received only one response, which was written entirely in capital letters and was unprofessional in tone. Given the repeated failures to repair a serious safety issue, the lack of accountability, refusal to reimburse towing costs, and poor communication from the finance department, we cannot recommend this dealership More

I have tried to buy vehicles from here twice. I have had my jeep serviced here, always something bad, communication no follow up as to diagnosis or parts estimate as to when it will be done, no c I have had my jeep serviced here, always something bad, communication no follow up as to diagnosis or parts estimate as to when it will be done, no call backs etc. This trip I'm scheduled for a waiter appointment, never got a call. Finally called the next day to hear no problem found. There is a recall on the ram tailgates falling open. Min has fallen open several times, I lost 3 gas cans once, groceries another. Happened before I installed a tanneau cover and after. The brakes are grabby then lunches when released, no prob found????? Not satisfied not acceptable! More
