I moved to Blacksburg va and my vehicle was transferred to do service here from Roanoke, in Roanoke I was never recommended anything for my vehicle which was there just 2 months prior my tread on my tires to do service here from Roanoke, in Roanoke I was never recommended anything for my vehicle which was there just 2 months prior my tread on my tires was halfway, at new river in Christiansburg they told me that my tire were a 3 and a 2 in just 2 months and I needed new tires, and said I needed other things as well which was changed like filters and wiper blades, I feel like they were trying to get more money from me when all these things were replaced 2 months prior to 3/30/26 More

Wait time longer this appointment. First time being notified through text while waiting. Didn't appreciate being told that if I didn't get issues fixed by next appointment, that I woul First time being notified through text while waiting. Didn't appreciate being told that if I didn't get issues fixed by next appointment, that I wouldn't get free oil changes. Just because some are just recommendations and a couple are immediate items. Shouldn't have to be forced to have Nissan do the repairs costing me $1500.00 in order to keep free oil changes. More
