Our salesperson, Andrew Vollant, was low-key. Had this been a high pressure experience, we would probably have walked away, not only to another dealer, but possibly to another manufacturer. He even set up my phone for the bluetooth in about 5 minutes. Something that would have taken me all day to do. If I were to rate him on a scale of 1-10, I'd give him a 20. Mr Yingling the finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. He made the financing a breeze. I never knew buying a car could be such a pleasant experience. I have a friend who I would hate to deal with if I sold cars, and he loves this auto group, and has purchased several vw's. I would definately buy another car from this dealer, and will highly recommend to friends. As a matter of fact I already gave someone a copy of your business card. I LOVE my new KIA!!! My husband was the one who dealt with Andrew about all the particulars, and the price, but when we went to sign the papers, the price was different. my husband was not very happy.
