He not only got back to me in a timely matter but gave me more information than I had asked for. He invited me in to take a look at the car and to test drive it. I excepted his offer and met with him later that same day. Andrew was extremely busy and asked if he could have one of his sales people show me the car. I was pleased to meet Ricardo Espinosa, who then took care of showing me the car and allowing me to test drive it. I decided to finalize the purchase and the paperwork was easy and smooth. The Gary Lang Group is lucky to have two professional people like Andrew Weitzner and Ricardo Espinosa work there. I was lucky enough to have them help me through the car buying process. Best sales experience ever! Bill Clark, sales, was recommended to me by Chris Scholer, service. So glad I listened! Bill was very professional. I saw him to test drive the Chevy Trax, he let me have it for a few days to really get a feel for the car. A great selling/marketing tool by Gary Lang Auto. When I brought it back, I gave him my schedule. He was not pushy about selling me anything, which I greatly appreciated. Bill even said I should bring my dogs in when I come to discuss the vehicle more. I took him up on his offer and he met my offer with very little hassle. He priced up the AWD and the FWD just so I could see the difference in price. He understood my limits and did not push for me to buy the more expensive Trax. I briefly visited with Andrew Weitzner, GM financing. He was very nice. Professional as well. I also saw Nicole Schomer, domestic financing. She helped me with warranties. Had I kept this extra in mind, I may have tried to negotiate the price of the Tax down more. But Nicole was great at helping me stay within my budget while finding a great extended warranty. Kayla Juni, product specialist, knew the Trax well and was able to help me become quickly familiar with the vehicle. She also stuck around while I made the required OnStar startup phone call. She's a peach and a great person to learn about your car from. My final visit was with Mike Schomer, accessories manager. I had already negotiated a sunroof to be installed with the price of the car and Mike set up the appointment. I was very impressed at how soon they were able to get my car in for the extras. It took a month last time I purchased a vehicle. So either it's a slow time, or they are doing something right now. More
