Andy was attentive to our every need when shopping for a Honda CR-V for my daughter. He was the only salesman all day to show us how to work the different option in the car and explained that how the car h Honda CR-V for my daughter. The process was fairly smooth and I enjoyed talking to Andrew Woiccak, the salesman. He was fair when discussing the trade-in value of my vehicle. He was young and relatable, which appealed to me as a consumer. I am a headstrong buyer/individual and may have been harsh at times, but he remained collected and professional. He has a little more to learn when handling customers like myself (skeptical, intellectual, investigative, etc). I'm glad I reviewed the Carfax report for my trade-in vehicle before visiting the dealership, because there were typical sales tactics which I wanted to push to the wayside in order to generate a more honest deal. Anyone who purchases a new car should do this anyway. I'm glad I did and I'm glad I dealt with Andrew who was able to be more straightforward after I brought the report to his attention. I also appreciate the great deal I was given on the extended warranty. I recommend going to Lia Honda the next time you are in the market for a new vehicle. More

Internet salesman Christopher Goddell did a great job with the set up of my test drive appointment with sales representative Andrew Woiccak. I found Andy and his assistant Ashley to be very polite, informative, knowledgeable and both a pleasure to work with in the purchase of my new Honda. I have to admit I was very pleased that I wasn't pressured or bullied by any obnoxious sales tactics during my brief time at Lia..."Hats Off" to you all! Hopefully the service department will follow their path. A very nice dealership and very clean! Maybe a Pilot soon Andy! More
