I went to Lia to have my start/ stop button replaced. Jeff Soroka did a great job replacing it! He was very courteous & quick. I was out of there in less than a hour. Great job Jeff! After I purchased my vehicle I returned to have a protective coating applied. I didn’t have an appointment and when I arrived It was actually very busy in the service department. The staff let me kno protective coating applied. I didn’t have an appointment and when I arrived It was actually very busy in the service department. The staff let me know that it usually takes over an hour to apply however it would be longer due to the workload. I thought the customer service was excellent. I didn’t have an appointment, they were up front about time and offered suggestions. Additionally, the car was ready before the initial time stated it would be done. More

2021 Accord Touring purchased new suffered failed battery when tested. Lead customer service rep, Mark Banas II and his team were gracious, attentive, and above all, very efficient in getting me and out of t when tested. Lead customer service rep, Mark Banas II and his team were gracious, attentive, and above all, very efficient in getting me and out of the shop within 30 minutes which was critically important during ongoing and increasing near white out snow storm conditions. I'm sincerely grateful for Mark and team's efforts in promptly getting me back on the road thus reducing the increasingly hazardous road condition. More
