Called this dealership to buy one of there CPO vehicles. talked to Andy on the phone and let him know I was coming from 4 hours away and I asked him to check the car for ANY dings dents or scratches.. he ca talked to Andy on the phone and let him know I was coming from 4 hours away and I asked him to check the car for ANY dings dents or scratches.. he called me back and told me the “vehicle was in pristine condition” after driving 4 hours and laid eyes on the vehicle I found dents on the doors, all 4 wheels curb rashes and signs of the vehicle being in an accident. When I confronted the sales manager about it instead of him trying to fix the situation he instantly turned mad viciously shaking his neck saying “it’s a used car what do you expect”. I’m a technician at a Honda dealer so I know what standards this vehicle needs to be held too. Chris Carola finally agreed to repairing 1 out of the 4 wheels, fixing the dent and took about $250 off the bill. Not what I wanted but it’s better than nothing .. after about an hour of driving home it got dark out and the headlights turned on and to my surprise the passenger headlight was broken and bouncing up and down over bumps .. next day I go outside to look over the car and what do u know more issues .. found 2 front bumper lights not plugged in (most likely from when the front end was off getting repainted from the accident they didn’t tell me about) and 2 tires dry rotted .. went to my local Vw dealer and had there sales manager look over the car and even he was shocked this car was certified ! so many safety concerns I’m surprised the technician and sales manager signed off on the K208 .. when I emailed the manager about these issues his response was I’m hard to satisfy and he’s going to come buy the car back! I guess wanting the CPO vehicle you just bought fixed properly is to much to ask for .. so my advice to anyone looking yo spend there time and hard earned money stay FAR AWAY from this dealership .. to top it off Chris carola even took advantage of my personal information from my finance paperwork and called my general manager to let him know I was coming to buy a car from him .. that’s ILLEGAL! More

I just had a shockingly bad experience at this dealership and I want to warn potential car buyers to beware. I went to look at a CERTIFIED pre-owned 2019 Tiguan (VIN: 3VV2B7AX8KM161964, Stock #: 61964). The and I want to warn potential car buyers to beware. I went to look at a CERTIFIED pre-owned 2019 Tiguan (VIN: 3VV2B7AX8KM161964, Stock #: 61964). The salesman and I got in and there was a mildewy smell and water condensation on the INSIDES of the windows. The salesman didn't bat an eye. I pulled the seatbelt out and there was mold on it and it was damp, he said, "It's just dust." I said, I think there's water inside the car. And he said something to the effect of, "So you don't want to take it for a drive?" Finally I opened all of the doors and water actively dripped out from inside of the back door behind the driver's seat. He still wasn't phased! It was astonishing. Any professional salesman with an ounce of integrity would have said, "Oh wow, I'm so sorry, that's completely unacceptable, I don't know how that passed our certification inspection, I'll tell my manager right away," etc. So they clearly know about the water and are trying to sell it as CPO anyway. And here's the kicker... by the time I got home they had dropped the price $2,000 on autotrader!! LOL It speaks volumes about the dealership, and reflects poorly on Volkswagon. So... BEWARE! More

I bought a gap insurance for a vehicle and wen I trade it in for a new one, the financial manger informed me that he will send me a check with in a week. it has been over 6monthes, keep calling and went ther in for a new one, the financial manger informed me that he will send me a check with in a week. it has been over 6monthes, keep calling and went there few times.. just excuses after excuses. they are lies not trusted people to deal with. this is not the end . i will report them to Federal Trade Commission More

Hassle free I knew what I wanted and Andy did a great job of presenting current inventory. We were able to quickly take a test drive and hammer out an arrangement I knew what I wanted and Andy did a great job of presenting current inventory. I thought they were pretty generous with trade-in value and they took the time to explain various options without being too pushy. Erik was a pleasure to deal with in the back office / finance department. Overall - they struck a nice balance of salesmanship, professionalism, and practical consultation. Walk-in to walk-out with a new vehicle was a couple hours (based on past buying experiences with other dealerships, this qualifies as a small miracle). Well done! More
