2018 will be my 8th year at Kings Ford, my first 4 years were spent in the sales department where I achieved the highest recognition from Ford for Sales & Service; their E2 Employee Excellence Award. From there, in 2014 I moved into the Finance office where I help customers complete their vehicle transactions . When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife Amy, and 2 kids Ella, and Dylan. We all enjoy time at the Lake, and wrecking havoc on dirt bikes and 4-wheeler's.

Very pleasant used car buying experience. I was looking to upsize my 2017 Ford Focus which I loved, I was looking to find something a little bit easier to get in and out of. I did my research on TrueValue to upsize my 2017 Ford Focus which I loved, I was looking to find something a little bit easier to get in and out of. I did my research on TrueValue.com before calling the dealer to schedule a test drive. I knew the advertised internet price for the 2018 Ford Escape that I was interested in. I used the "Value My Trade" link on the dealer's website which just happen to go to TrueValue.com as well to value my trade in. I worked the numbers in my spreadsheet and was feeling confident a could make a deal. After getting approved and a blank check in hand, I scheduled a test drive with the dealership the next morning. I looked at the numbers again and thought the only thing in question was what I was going to get for my Focus in trade. Since the asking price was considered a "Fair" deal by True Value.com, I thought, I would be willing to accept their asking price, if they accepted the highest amount quoted by TrueValue.com for my trade. My 2017 Focus actually had less miles than the 2018 Escape and there is nothing they could say was wrong with it. I was met at the dealership by Bryan Pursell and after a brief introduction he pulled the Escape up front and away my wife and I went on a short test drive. When we came back we were greeted by Bryan and we told him that we wanted to purchase the Escape and that we would like to trade in our Focus as long as the numbers worked out. Bryan came back with an initial offer that I considered was very low for my trade. After explaining how I saw the numbers, what I wanted for my Focus, they came back and agreed to take money of the asking price and up the value of my trade in. All in all, it was just $38 over the numbers I worked out at home. I really liked working with Bryan. I felt like I could trust him and actually left my guard down a bit and which is testament to the kind of individual he seemed to be. .. But what sealed the 5 star rating for me and what I was dreading the most and that was the visit to the finance office. In every car buying experience I've been involved, this is absolutely the worst part of buying a car. My last experience, I left the dealership so insulted and angry for how I was treated. Every time I declined an offer, whether it was for an extended warranty, paint sealant, interior protection, gap insurance, you name it. All I heard was "I can't believe you wouldn't want this" or "wouldn't want that", "I know if I was you I would do this", "do that". "Are you sure?" While Andy Buchanan did go over some extended warranty options of which I simply said that I was not interested, That was that! I was very surprised and relieved to say the least. We were done and that was that. It was by far the best, most relaxed car buying experience I've ever had. I would definitely recommend you check out Kings Ford for your next vehicle purchase.
