I enjoyed my car shopping/buying experience at Kings Ford I visited Kings Ford to look at and drive an Ecosport. I was referred to Kings Ford through the Costco Program. I met with Jacob Wires and drove an Ecosport on Monda evening. Travis (Sales Manager) introduced himself and he and Jacob worked together to offer me a good deal. I wanted to look at and drive other subcompact SUVs before making a decision. After some online research and much thought, I decided to look into purchasing an Escape. Jacob reached out the next day and worked up pricing on the Escape. I came in later that evening to test drive the Escape and decided to purchase. Throughout the process, Jacob was pleasant, professional, and patient with my many questions. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was pleasant and helpful. I look forward to owning an Escape and continuing my relationship with the people at Kings Ford. Based on my experience, I would recommend Jacob, Travis and Kings Ford. More

Good buying experience overall After finding the new vehicle on the website at the price I thought was reasonable, I stopped by the dealership. I was met immediately by a salesperso After finding the new vehicle on the website at the price I thought was reasonable, I stopped by the dealership. I was met immediately by a salesperson, Jacob, who was not at all pushy and I felt comfortable with pursuing my purchase. When we sat down to negotiate my trade-in, things got a little rocky with the sales manager but we came to an agreement on the trade. I then questioned why the internet price was not the price that was being offered with my financing options. I was then explained that the internet price was only for those taking the high-interest payment plan from Ford or if you were paying with cash-in-hand. This was not listed in any clear language on the website. I kept asking why this was not clearly spelled out, and was told that would not make effective marketing. I agree, but neither does not being transparent with your customers. Andy in Finance was very pleasant to work with when finalizing all of the necessary documents. More
