Everyone who I have encountered at this dealership has been nothing but kind and helpful. Initially got my car at another Mazda dealership in Milwaukee which was a fiasco in and of itself, but throughout been nothing but kind and helpful. When I brought my car in this past weekend for new spark plugs, I thought I would ask if I could get the oil changed while it was in and they were able to accommodate adding on the oil change to my service. I would highly recommend Russ Darrow Mazda of Madison to friends if they were looking to get a Mazda! More
