I have always been pleased with the service managers and the wok performed by the service department. This visit was no exception. I was informed of what needed to be done, the cost, and how long it would t the wok performed by the service department. This visit was no exception. I was informed of what needed to be done, the cost, and how long it would take. There were no surprises when I received the final bill. This dealership has always had outstanding service advisors who have consistently done above and beyond what was expected. This is a major reason that I have been a BMW customer for over 35 years. So many great things to say about this BMW dealership. Customer Service is top notch! Test drove the new electric BMW. Was a smooth, quiet and powerful drive compared to other BMW’s I have driven. Very disappointed my problem with my ventilated chair did not get resolved! I texted the person who I was dealing with and he did not get back to me. Next I drove to BMW if Gainesville and talked to a diff not get resolved! I texted the person who I was dealing with and he did not get back to me.
