Since I was in the market for a new car, I decided to go to Dayton Toyota where, in the past, I had had excellent service on my Camry and then my Prius. My winters in Florida had lured me into buying a Mercedes convertible, but I now needed a classy but more practical car. So I entered the Showroom at Dayton Toyota. I took several trips around the showroom with only one salesman acknowledging me with a friendly “Hi”. Of course, I returned to Andy C. to discuss my interest in a new Camry. I had made a good choice by working with Andy. He clearly answered all my questions, explained the options of a Camry SE as we took a trial drive and kept in touch with me as I attempted to make my decision about what car to purchase. l did make a cash purchase of beautiful gray Camry SE with red leather interion. Thank you, Andy, for being the salesman to say “Hi” and also to Omar even tho I had to sign my name many times to complete the financial transaction. Now I look forward to having as good experiences with the service department.
