Before the purchase, I communicated a number of times online with Katy Mantone, the internet salesperson at Cumberland, about a new Dodge Challenger that I was interested in. Katy was extremely helpful and provided important info about incentives and trade-in values. When I went to the dealership to test drive the Challenger, she was equally helpful and accommodating. During the purchase process, Andy Claborn was great to work with in finalizing the deal, and tried very hard to make a deal that worked well for me. I got a terrific deal on the Challenger, and a trade-in price that I doubt I could have gotten anywhere else in this area. Mike Dickenson took care of the financing in a very helpful and professional way. The entire dealership seemed dedicated to customer service and making the purchase experience an easy and pleasant one. As I was driving off in the new Challenger, Katy came outside and flagged me down to tell me that they had found an extra incentive on the price that had been overlooked. I came back inside and Mike rewrote the purchase documents to include the extra incentive, which saved me $500. Most dealerships would not have bothered to do this. More

Fantastic experience!!! Started at the pre-owned section with Paul Dean. Paul was very helpful, patient, and courteous. Later that day we ended up at the new vehicle section looking at 2016 Ram Trucks. Trey Hunter was on the lot with us and was able to answer all of our questions and explain the various options available. Trey knows what he's doing and really has a knack for making a person feel comfortable. He then introduced us to Andy Claborn who proceeded to go over all of the numbers with us, including various rebate and financing options. We ended up going back the next day and purchasing a new Ram truck. Randy Callis took care of us that day with the final paperwork, after which he introduced us to Mike Dickenson for the financing paperwork. EVERYONE we dealt with at Cumberland Chrysler was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even those not directly involved in the transaction had a "hello" and a smile. 63 years old and I FINALLY had a pleasant experience at a dealership! The staff has a way of making you feel at home. I would highly recommend Cumberland Chrysler to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

I would highly recommend buying a vechile from Cumberland Crystler just because of these guys. You could tell they were genuine in their care about us, which is a very rare find on a car lot. It greatly appreciated and I hope it doesn't go unnoticed. More
