Usually I'm very uncomfortable and guarded while shopping around for a car but not here. We got to meet Andy Claiborne and he was so great. Naturally a friendly guy who listens to your questions and concerns, he helped us with pros and cons of the vehicles we were looking at, giving us the facts and letting us know his personal opinion when we asked. My specific requests for the vehicle were difficult to find but Andy, over the course of a few days, searched all over the region and found me exactly what I wanted. We also got to meet Josh Lawson who works across the lot at the Toyota/Scion dealership. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming as well. It was really great to see such kind hearted people working to help us find the right car. We'll be back here the next time we need another vehicle and will definitely recommend our friends and family. More
