Service turned into new car purchase. Had my 2005 Town & Country van towed here for service. Mike Martin was very helpful and went above and beyond. I told him I didn't trust my van anymore and was thinking of trading it in. Mike recommend I talk to Andy Claborn in sales and give him a chance. Andy was the best salesman I have ever delt with in my life. He was very patient with my kids (ages 3 and 5). Andy also stepped away to give my fiancée and I time to talk privately. He explained the pros and cons of everything clearly and we ultimately bought a 2016 Dodge Dart from him. We also met with Adam Eldridge from finance. Adam was very personable and honest. Andy even watched over my kids while my fiancée and I were meeting with Adam. I would recommend Mike, Andy, and Adam to anyone wanting the friendly service we had. Thanks guys. Only improvement I could see is 2 very small details... Chrysler building needs a small play area for kids and my new car was not detailed that great when we went to leave. More
