When my husband and I decided to find a new car for our family, we first did our research online among various manufacturers. After deciding on the Toyota Corolla as the car we were interested in, we looke family, we first did our research online among various manufacturers. After deciding on the Toyota Corolla as the car we were interested in, we looked around online to check inventories to find the specific car we wanted. We found our 2011 Toyota Corolla S-type at Prestige Toyota in Ramsey, NJ. My husband had had experience with the team there last year when he bought his 2011 Tacoma truck, so he went back on Friday afternoon to speak with his former salesperson, Andy Eagle. Andy remembered him from his previous visit and was glad to show my husband the car we were interested in. They then made an appointment for Saturday morning for me to join him in giving final approval of the car. When we arrived at the dealership this morning we were promptly greeted, offered immediate assistance, and when we informed them we had an appointment, guided us to Andy's desk. He was watching for us and waved us over. Andy knew we had a particular car in mind so he showed us out to the back of the building, where the car in question was waiting for us, freshly washed and gassed, with the key waiting for us to take a test drive. He readily answered any questions we had about the car, was very knowledgeable about this particular model and the product line in general, and gave us as much time to look at the car as we liked. I really appreciated the extra time and care he gave us. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a sale, although it was the last day of the month, and I'm sure he had other customers to take care of. From our research we knew that they also had another Corolla S-type in stock, in a different color with a few additional options, and Andy was more than glad to have us take our test drive to the storage lot so we could look at it. On the way we made a stop at Prestige's service center. I could write a whole additional review on this beautiful facility! At any rate, once we found the second car, we decided that this was the car for us. Again, Andy was so helpful. Due to our late Spring we currently have a heavy fall of pollen. The cars in the storage lot were of course covered, but Andy right away offered to have this car washed so we could see what it really looked like. Once we drove the car back to the dealership Andy and we worked out a price that was agreeable to both parties. We finished the paperwork and waited in the Customer Lounge while the car had the finishing details added to it (manuals, temp. registration, and inspection sticker installed, etc.). Andy even offered to provide us with lunch, due to our long day! Although everyone I witnessed at Prestige Toyota of Ramsey displayed friendly, professional, and exceptional behavior, three stars stand out that we worked with directly. Our Finance Manager, Mr. Sanchez, who got us through the necessary paperwork as quickly as possible and never tried to "hard-sell" us into additional options, our service tech, Andre, who patiently explained to me all the features of my new car, and even set up the Bluetooth for my phone for me, and of course our salesperson, Andy Eagle. He was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable, he instilled confidence in us from the start. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality car from a great dealership that obviously cares deeply about its customers. More

Andy Eagle was very helpful in finding the exact right car for us, allowing us the time and consideration through various options even if it was not the most profitable for Toyota. He was terrific. We came there looking to replace our dear 2006 Prius that had been totaled that week and though we could afford a new car, really was just looking for something comparable. When it turned out that having the rear camera in the new model created such a difference in price, he showed us some used cars. Our son saw in the lot a 2008 Prius that was exactly like our old car with a lot fewer miles and given a total service call from the dealership including new tires and alignment. It was a lot less money than a new car with the camera option and was already priced way below all the different Kelly and Edmunds "book" values we checked on the internet. (Andy gave us time alone to look at everything and make sure we were comfortable with the price and what we could find elsewhere.) All in all, the dealership was very stress free and pleasant to deal with! More

I was referred to Prestige by my father who had recently purchased a vehicle there. He told me how great the service and deals were and I soon found out for myself how true that was. The sales staff and man purchased a vehicle there. He told me how great the service and deals were and I soon found out for myself how true that was. The sales staff and manager there went above and beyond my expectations. I did my research upon getting the lease information and compared to a few other dealers. They could not even come close to the numbers I received at Prestige. I would strongly reccomend this dealer to anyone. More
