The entire experience was excellent and first class professional. Have bought cars before, but never had a better team to work with than this one. Had my mind set on a totally different make of car and professional. Have bought cars before, but never had a better team to work with than this one. Very good customer service, Josh especially took his time to explain every detail to me and followed up to see if everything was alright with the car. Brandy was helpful in assisting me locate a sales person on a very busy and rainy day. Andy Garcia approached me with confidence and concern when he asked if he could help me. Andy impressed me with his product knowledge and friendly demeanor. He wasn't pushy and answered all my questions with the ease of a true professional. Once the test drive was over I knew that I would buy the vehicle today. Wayne and Kris put my mind at ease and helped find me a better rate on my financing than my banks pre-approval. The entire team at Toyota of Dothan is at the top of the game. I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again or recommend a friend. Thanks guys. More

Andy made our entire experience at Toyota of Dothan so easy! From his laid-back and friendly sales approach (no sales "vulture" here!!!) to his helpfulness during pricing negotiations, it couldn't have be easy! He got us a great trade-in on my previous car and got us a price we were comfortable with on my certified 2012 Camry. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a no pressure buying experience! More

Andy was by far the best salesman to work with. I had all the numbers figured out and a xxxx of a deal. Drove 3 hours to pick up my new truck and all I had to do was sign the papers. I can tell Andy is a busy man so he set me up with Ed for the test drive and final stuff. No problems whatsoever and easiest haggle process so far. Andy beat USAA's price and some. More

so far i have been very impressed with the total package of this dealership, the sales team worked with me from the start and we reached that middle ground and we did the deal. we had to wait for a insuranc of this dealership, the sales team worked with me from the start and we reached that middle ground and we did the deal. we had to wait for a insurance check from a vehicle that was total and for my wife to get a day that she can come in and sign the deal also and we appreciated this so much for their understanding of us wanting to make sure we had our ducks in a row for us to get this truck. I would add that when i called they didn't promise me the moon as so many other dealers did and i went to two of them and they didn't even have the truck they said they did, i was really just looking at first but having had a Toyota truck that had over 250 thousand miles on it i was already sold on the product and then reconnected with the dealership that is now Toyota of Dothan, AL we bought it and proud of it. i highly recommend the sales people that i worked with as they went out of their way and was easy to work with. my name is tony and i approve this message. I found exactly what I was looking for - a 2011 Honda CRV EX with low miles on the internet at Toyota of Dothan. My husband and I both thought the listed price was very reasonable (based on NADA) and beat by EX with low miles on the internet at Toyota of Dothan. My husband and I both thought the listed price was very reasonable (based on NADA) and beat by far the prices of similar vehicles found here in our local area. The salesperson, Andy Garcia, was fantastic to work with. He assured me the CRV was in excellent shape and immediately provided us with the car fax report. He even offered to deliver the vehicle to us - over 300 miles away. My husband and I drove to Dothan instead, and the vehicle was exactly as Andy had said. Needless to say, we bought the CRV, and TOD willingly stored it for us for a few days while we vacationed in Florida. I am not a "wheeler-dealer" and dread the purchasing of a car. We have bought other vehicles where you have to haggle with the salesperson who goes back and forth with management until they/you agree on a price. It was not this way with TOD. The listed price was their bottom line and we were agreeable to pay that price. Based on our experience with Andy and TOD, we would definitely consider purchasing again with them for future vehicles. More
