Awesome Experience! We have been talking about getting a new truck for a long time, and my dad showed me an advertisement he had come across for Dodge Rams. We went to the website and looked up some information and called Andy. We left immediately and went up to Falls Motor City right then and arrived at 7:30ish. I had LOTS of questions for Andy, and he was extremely helpful and humorous. He stayed with us and answered questions after the dealership had closed, and we finally left almost an hour after closing. He did not seem to mind at all, and he was VERY willing to help even though business hours were officially over. We returned the next day to pick up my truck and we worked with Cole. Cole was extremely knowledgeable and assisted us in running different financial scenarios for our lease. We have already shared our wonderful expereince with family and friends, and we will continue to do so! Thank you! More

The pretty blue truck was out front and ready for our test drive since we called ahead to check the availability. Andy was very knowledgeable and answered every question. He passed us over to Travis for the paperwork and financing. Both employees were very professional with a twist humor (which is always a bonus). The whole experience was roughly 1 1/2 hours from the time we walked in until we drove away. I can't express how happy I was that it didn't take all afternoon to purchase a vehicle like it has in other dealerships. We will definitely go back again for future vehicles. Great Price, Honesty and 1st Class Service are a rare find I first spotted my vehicle during an online search from my home in Georgia. I asked Andy to go out and take a few additional photos with a cell phone and send them to me and he quickly did. I immediately got on an airplane and flew one way from Atlanta to Akron Ohio. Andy arranged a courtesy ride for me to the dealership from the airport. The vehicle was exactly as the photos and description. After a quick test drive, I was in and out of the office and driving back to Georgia in 1 hour. Thanks for taking the worry and hassle out of purchasing a vehicle.
