Our salesperson was very knowledgeable going over the vehicle. We test drove and worked up numbers. I liked that there was not any gimmicks or misleading advertising. We came back on a Saturday and bought the vehicle ? The process was a little long, 1 hour 45 minutes, but we understand it was busy and a Saturday. Still had a good experience. More

A 'dreaded' experience made enjoyable Like probably most people, my wife and I dreaded the thought of having to shop around for a used car. We started this time around running up against t Like probably most people, my wife and I dreaded the thought of having to shop around for a used car. We started this time around running up against the very thing we dreaded the most: an agency that in its ad grossly misrepresented the facts about the vehicle we were interested in - e.g. 1 owner at 40,000 miles in the ad, which turned out to actually be one owner and 40,000 when it was purchased at auction a year ago, but had been driven 19,000 miles since (59,000 total) by an unlisted person, probably one or more employees of the agency. (Thank you Carfax - which we had in hand, but were confuse about the figures until talking with the salesman, who did back flips trying to explain away the discrepancy, as did his boss.) We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into Falls Motor City and were presented with an entirely different situation. We had made an appointment with Andy Howard, and as we entered the show room, he hurried over to greet us, took us outside to inspect the vehicle, and then back inside to start the paper work. After that everything went like clock work. The vehicle was as advertised in every respect and Andy explained all the details of the transaction in a straightforward manner, sparing us the used-car-salesman gibberish. Andy has a great sense of humor, which made the whole 'dreaded' experience enjoyable. Thanks, Andy. More

I wasn't able to make the almost hour drive down for a few days and when I was able to Andy, who was already working multiple deals when I showed up, was able to fit me in work the deal, talk to and entertain my nine year old son and answer all of my wife's question ( not all about cars and the deal) it was truly a great experience. Cole was also great finishing up my financing and also answering any of the questions my family and I had. This was an amazing visit and I left in my new truck feeling like I just delt with a great group of people that I had had delt with all my life. Thank you again More

He made sure my questions were answered. He set up my phone to my car and set my nav so I could get home. I drove a couple hundred miles to this dealership. It was worth the drive to deal with kind, honest people and the best price around. I went to work today and gave the dealership and his number to 2 people who plan on checking the website out. I also gave the information to a neighbor who's boyfriend is in the market for a new car. I won't go anywhere else for another car. Everyone I dealt with was so kind, friendly and seemed to be happy to be there and so was I. Three cheers to Andy and the team at Falls Motor City. Thank you...Kim aka cool lady More
