I really hate the continuous upsell. I don't feel Ziegler has my best interest in mind. I was there for a recall, and still got a call with an upsell. I no longer take my vehicle there for this reason and currently take my vehicle to a shop that gives me options with timelines for repairs, which is critical if your on a fixed budget. More

Well I have to say dispite many dealers not having many cars or options Zeigler Nissan in Gurnee has cars falling out of the parking lot. New and used. Good and comfortable but long For the most part the ppl were very nice.
