I had a really great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills. My sales advisor aka the Showroom Specialist, Andy, was amazing and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in until I signed all Owings Mills. He took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I had everything I needed to feel confident in my decision. This experience was completely different from one I had at another Mercedes dealership, where my car was hit by a tow truck during my first service visit. After that, every interaction there felt frustrating and disappointing. Because of that, I was honestly nervous going into this process again. I’m so glad I came to this particular dealership. The entire team genuinely cared and made sure I walked out feeling confident , not rushed or pressured, and without any buyer’s remorse. I truly felt supported throughout the process. I’m very grateful for Andy and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a positive, thoughtful, and trustworthy car-buying experience! More

If I could zero stars I would. Horrible experience with Andy Ji. After harassing me to come out for a test drive, the car was not ready to go, Andy did not know how to operate it, Horrible experience with Andy Ji. After harassing me to come out for a test drive, the car was not ready to go, Andy did not know how to operate it, he abruptly walked away to use the bathroom in the middle of a conversation and magically the car sold minutes after my offer was not accepted. A waste of 2.5 hours of traveling to the dealership and the most unprofessional way of doing business I have ever experienced. Spoke with manager and got a “ sorry, “ but that does not make the experience any better. Run far away from Andy Ji and this dealership, as they are a waste of time and energy! More
