Andy Kinnard

Andy Kinnard joined Ryan Auto Mall CDJR Monticello in July 2026 as a Service Advisor. Before entering the automotive industry, Andy managed the repair shop at a sewing and vacuum store, where he developed a strong commitment to customer service and problem-solving. He was drawn to Ryan Auto Mall by its welcoming culture and the opportunity to work close to home. A lifelong Monticello resident, Andy lives with his wife, Heidi, and their four children, Autumn, Joey, Kendall, and Sophie. He enjoys photography, woodworking, and spending quality time with his family watching movies and building LEGO sets together. Andy is also active at Upstream Church and appreciates the close-knit community and excellent schools Monticello has to offer. Andy believes in doing everything he can to help customers have a great day and is committed to making every service visit a positive experience.
