We also wanted to get in on Toyota’s fabulous incentives. I’ve bought 4 vehicles from Bredemann, now. Having worked with Syed Hussain on my last 3 deals, I can say he’s a wonderful sales agent with whom to work! He knows the cars/SUVs and he’s committed to working with me, as a repeat customer. Syed will do his best to make you happy as you drive away in the brand new car you want, with all the features. Jack Prato, in Sales was also terrific incomplet8ng our financing. He did a great job helping us understand all the paperwork and completed the deal in very little time. Both Syed & Jack have followed up to make sure we’re happy. Since I Care for all my cars with attention to everything that needs Service on time, Richard Vasquez and Andy Maravola, in the Service Dept. Are always very attentive to my needs. They make sure the cars meet all specs and recommend everything that keeps them running well. Overall, these folks are the greatest! They will make you happy & keep you satisfied and coming back. More

Very unfriendly and disrespectful guy When I arrived for my service appointment, this guy didn't even reply to my greeting. Why he didn't reply to my greeting, I don't know or maybe becaus When I arrived for my service appointment, this guy didn't even reply to my greeting. Why he didn't reply to my greeting, I don't know or maybe because of my accent (I am a 66 years old man with a foreign background). In any case, when I started explaining to him what the problem was with my car (btw, I bought it from Bredemann in 2001), he didn't let me finish what I had to say and started raising his voice and telling me that he does not have the parts for the car (it's a Subaru Forester) and that he has to order them, etc. without knowing what the problem was with my car. Basically, he was very unfriendly and rude to a point that I could not stand arguing with him because it was useless since I truly believed that he was determined to get rid of me and he managed to do that. In my opinion, this guy gives a very ugly image on this dealership and the other good people who work there. Because of him, I will recommend to my family members and to my close friends to take their business elsewhere. A bad apple will ruin a whole basket of good apples. The solution is to remove the bad apple from the basket. More
