He listened to us and our cares, concerns and request and delivered. The best part about it was that he wasn't pushy or inattentive to our desires. He and Larnell was a great team. The car purchased this time was a very clean 2022 Volkswagen Taos. The back up camera is amazing and so are the other options like the remote start. We also were very comforted in knowing that the car has a warranty that was such a great plus. I'd always send my family and friends to City Volkswagen of Highland! They care about their customers! I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Andy Mcquiston at City Volkswagen of Highland. We’ve all had those long, drawn-out days at dealerships, but this was the exact opposite. We called ahead about a at City Volkswagen of Highland. We’ve all had those long, drawn-out days at dealerships, but this was the exact opposite. We called ahead about a 2026 Atlas we saw, and Andy, Chris and team sent over the pricing right away. We confirmed everything before we even left the house, so by the time we actually showed up to the dealership, it was just about picking up the car. The whole process was such a breeze because Andy had everything ready to go and stuck to exactly what we discussed.
