Today was my lucky day! After searching for my specific Volkswagen, I reached out to CityHighland Volkswagen and got the sales manager Anthony on the phone. He made sure that all my concerns and requests were met before I drove 2 hours to see a specific vehicle. He provided an A+ level of customer service. Upon arriving, after 2 hour drive to City Highland Volkswagen, I was greeted by Andrew who was my amazing sales person to help me get through purchasing my vehicle. He was down to earth, kind, knowledgeable, and the perfect person to help me. He listened, he acted and exceeded my expectations. The process was seamless when I get to the financial portion. I met this awesome guy named James who is the financial person. Great at what he does, easy-going not pushy. Got the transaction completed and I was on my way home. The whole team was thorough in explaining and letting me know what I needed of course they do ask you if you need and want add-ons, which should be considered, but if you don’t, they’re not pushy and rude like some sales people at other dealerships I would highly recommend going to this dealership.
