Our Entire ordeal lacked in truth and transparency. The finance manager, Jennifer Stewart, was less than honest and used manipulative tactics to try reaching a deal with my husband and myself. But, I The finance manager, Jennifer Stewart, was less than honest and used manipulative tactics to try reaching a deal with my husband and myself. But, I’m sure she wasn’t acting alone. I RATE THIS DEALERSHIP A 1 OUT OF 5 STARS. The 1 going to the salesperson Andy Only. After freezing in this dealership, being charged too much sales tax, not being offer a proper warranty (but offer the most expensive) and not being offered GAP insurance, we will never patronize them again. The lack of transparency was unbelievable, especially, by the Finance Manager, Jennifer Stewart. I would advise never walking into their establishment, but if you do STAY ALERT. Her tactics, along with others in the SHARK TANK office filled with the General Manager and others will drain you and then take you for everything you have. The used car manager , Mike, was nice. All encounters with him were very detail and seemed truthful. Overall again, I will never do business here again. More
