Great people to deal with, no hassles! I've leased two Jettas in the last two years from Andy McQuiston at Highland VW. Both times, I've shopped around to other dealerships (including the VW in Merrillville) and Andy has given me the best prices with the least amount of haggling. The Merrillville VW is even managed by a friend of a friend and he couldn't get close to the deal Andy gave me. Overall, this dealership is as hassle-free as you can get. More

He offered products, but wasn't pushy or demeaning. Andy and rest of staff were very pleasant and friendly. I have a VW dealer 15 minutes from my house, but I chose to drive over an hour to Highland to work with these folks instead. They came highly recommended, and I can see why. I appreciate that they didn't try to sell me something else that they had in stock, as I've experienced at my local VW dealership. If you want a VW, this is the place to go! More

I ended up buying a 2012 Volkswagen CC and I must say that they were very fast at getting everything done. They are not high pressure sales people at all (which I appreciated). They treat you well and are very fair on their pricing. I would work with Andy Mcquiston or Jeff Wozniak anytime and would recommend them to anyone More
