I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They were not honest about final price. I agreed to a price at signing and when I got my first statement it was 30.00 higher then agreed upon. When I went back and confronted them about the hidden cost they only offered half the $$ for the difference in agreed upon price. Also general manager of the dealership told me directly he couldn’t care less about these reviews. Very disappointed in this whole buying experience with Volkswagen and it was the first time I decided to move from a ford vehicle to a Volkswagen. Not so sure I’ll do that ever again based on this experience. More

The experience with Volkswagen staff has been incredibly disappointing. Once the sale is made, their attitude shifts completely. The cockiness and unprofessionalism from the staff are shocking, especially considering how friendly and helpful they are before the purchase. It’s disheartening to see such a drastic change in treatment the moment they no longer need to win you over. More
